DMOZ Planned System Outage Notification, Round 3
Over the next three days, we will be making additional upgrades to DMOZ. As with the previous planned outage, we will be taking some parts of the directory offline so that we can complete the work. While the directory content will stay on view throughout the process, all directory submissions will be disabled from Monday, August 16 - Wednesday, August 18, 2010. The following functionality will be unavailable throughout this planned outage:

26. Hi,the blog from dmoz is very very inactive, seem like once a month or nothing. Suggest to make it more active, so we can know more about dmoz, etc. Because many of the sites we submits is never get listed nor informed what is wrong, bla..bla..bla.

27. For a year I tried my site from being included in dmoz.
I understand that not all sites are suitable so as not everyone can be included.
It would be nice that when someone suggests a site he said the reason which has been rejected or be able to check the status of the suggestion.
